Manifest AI + Shopify Inbox

What the agent does

• Once Shopify Inbox is integrated with Manifest AI, whenever someone wants to speak with a human, Manifest AI chat window will be closed automatically & Shopify Inbox chat window will be opened. Customers can then start a conversation with your live agents.
• This allows your brand to have Manifest AI as the first layer of addresing customer queries and only redirect critical questions to your live agents.

How it gets set up

1. Verify that you have Shopify Inbox live on your website
2. Click on 'Add app' to set up the integration
3. Once integrated, Manifest chat window would close & open the Shopify Inbox when a customer asks for a live agent
