What the agent does
- Once your Gorgias is integrated with Manifest AI, requests for human agents would be handled via Gorgias.
- When a customer wants to speak with a live agent, Manifest AI would collect the email of your customer and create a ticket on Gorgias.
- This ticket will include relevant conversation history of the customer so that your agents have context of what the customer is looking for. Your agents can view these tickets on Gorgias & then respond to them accordingly.
- Your customers would also receive the ticket ID for their reference to continue the conversation.
How it gets set up
- Click on the 'Add' button
- Add details of your Gorgias account
- Click on 'Add app' to complete the integration
- Once integrated, Manifest conversations would be transferred to Gorgias when customers ask for a live agent
